Buying alpacas can feel overwhelming, and we remember exactly what that felt like when we started our journey.
Whether you're looking for pet alpacas, breeding females, fibre animals or a ready-made starter herd, we can help match you with the right animals. Depending on your goals and experience, from first-time owners or smallholders to established breeders, we can also tailor the support to get you on the right track.
Prices start at £350+VAT. All our alpacas will be sold in same sex groups of three unless you already have an established herd. Groups of four or more alpacas will receive a 10% discount, and delivery can be arranged.
As BAS Trusted Seller scheme members, every sale is built on honest advice, starting with a chance to meet our full herd and learn more about their care and characters, before purchasing.
All our alpacas are BAS registered and fully up-to-date on all husbandry, including annual Bravoxin10 immunisations and ADE injections. All our animals can be booked for pre-movement bTB testing and faecal testing ahead of movement to their new homes.
Pet Female Alpacas
We don't have any female pets right now, but do let us know if this is something you would like, as we often speak to other owners via the East Midlands Alpaca Group and will be reviewing our herd again in spring after weaning.
Breeding Female Alpacas
Right now, we are setting ourselves up for cria season 2027.
With our matchmaking almost complete, we will let the girls settle before scanning for 100% confirmed pregnancies.
This year we hope to have 9 pregnant females in our herd. If breeding is part of your goal, let us know, and we can put a plan together to help work towards having the knowledge you need and matching you to some of our girls post scanning.
Pet Male Alpacas
With a mix of ages and temperaments available in our boys, studs and pets, we have a selection of males available - not all are listed.
Males sold as pets will have their status updated on the BAS registry, even if they are not currently castrated.
All our boys come with the lifetime support you would expect, a copy of our one-day training material (witht he option to join us for this 1:1 course ahead of your purchase, and feed to help get you started.

Stud Males
Acton Hill Riko
Riko was born in August 2021 and has found himself in our show team, at weddings and in our trekking team.
A proven male who raises the fleece traits of the female he is paired with; he possesses a fine white fleece with good fibre length. The last photo is his son Freddie.

Riko is available for stud, £400 or purchase.
As a stud, his purchase price is £950; alternatively, if you would like him as part of a pet herd, his status can be changed on the BAS registry, reducing his price to £650.
